If they are unresponsive and not breathing normally, call 911 immediately, or shout for someone else to call while you begin CPR. Push hard and fast in the center of the chest. Send someone to retrieve the nearest AED and apply it as soon as it arrives. Continue CPR until EMS takes over. If you are not trained, the 911 dispatcher will walk you through it.
